At the Indus Academy’s Senior Section (Grades 7–11), we foster a dynamic, inclusive environment where students grow into confident, well-rounded individuals. Our rigorous academic program encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning, preparing them for higher education and beyond.
Beyond academics, we offer diverse extracurricular activities—sports, creative arts, music, drama, debate, and writing clubs—helping students explore their passions, develop leadership skills, and build meaningful connections. Our dedicated Counseling Department supports students’ mental health and personal development, offering guidance on academic challenges, career pathways, and emotional well-being to ensure that every student thrives.

Clubs & Organizations
We offer a variety of clubs, including the Community Service Club (SERVE), Entrepreneurial Club, Debate Club, Drama Club, Art Club, Music Club, Sports and Fitness Club, and Chess Club. These clubs provide students with platforms to explore their interests, develop leadership skills, and make a positive impact in their community while fostering personal growth and collaboration.

Sports and Athletics
Our Senior Section offers a range of sports and athletics programs, including football, basketball, throwball, cricket, and more. Our teams regularly participate in inter-school competitions. Engaging in sports promotes physical fitness while instilling teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. These activities help students build confidence, develop leadership skills, and foster a strong sense of sportsmanship.

Performing Arts
Students with a passion for performing arts have opportunities to participate in drama productions, music ensembles, and dance performances. These activities foster creativity, self-expression, and stage confidence. By engaging in the performing arts, students enhance their communication skills, develop emotional intelligence, and build teamwork, all while expressing their unique talents and gaining confidence on stage.

Model United Nations (MUN)
MUN is an excellent platform for students to develop public speaking, research, and diplomatic skills. It allows them to engage in simulated debates and discussions on global issues, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving. Through MUN, students gain a deeper understanding of international relations, improve their communication abilities, and build confidence in representing different perspectives.

Publications and Media
Our Senior School students can participate in the school yearbook, honing their writing and journalistic skills. This opportunity allows them to contribute creatively by documenting school events, stories, and memories. Through this experience, students develop a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and enhance their ability to communicate effectively through writing and photography.

Community Service & Outreach
We encourage students to participate in community service projects and outreach initiatives. Engaging in meaningful service helps students develop empathy, compassion, and a sense of social responsibility. These experiences foster a deeper understanding of societal needs, encourage students to make a positive impact, and nurture their ability to work collaboratively for the greater good.

Workshops & Seminars
We organize workshops and seminars on various subjects, inviting guest speakers and professionals to share their expertise and insights with students. These events provide valuable learning opportunities, helping students broaden their knowledge, gain real-world perspectives, and engage with experts in different fields. It encourages curiosity and inspires students to explore their interests further.

Career Counselling
Our Senior School offers career counseling and guidance sessions to help students make informed decisions about their future academic and career paths. These sessions provide valuable insights into various career options, helping students explore their interests, set goals, and plan their next steps. Our counselors support students in making confident choices for their futures.
