At the Primary Section (Grades 1–2), we nurture the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—while celebrating their individuality.
Our inquiry-based curriculum, rooted in the Cambridge framework, promotes strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and creative expression, with a special focus on reading and comprehension.
Our Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) module is thoughtfully integrated into the weekly routine, helping children develop empathy, self-awareness, and positive relationships. Skills essential for their overall wellbeing and future success.
Students thrive in a warm, supportive environment enriched by social service activities and meaningful field trips. From exploring nature parks and museums to visiting local banks, every experience is designed to connect learning with the real world.
We arrange interactive sessions with guest speakers, including authors, professionals, and community helpers, to inspire our young learners.

Academic Calendar
The Academic Calendar for the year includes important dates, term schedules, holidays, and events.

Sports & Physical Activities
Introducing young children to sports like tennis, football, and cricket helps them develop motor skills, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle. These activities also teach them about fair play and perseverance, laying the foundation for positive habits and character development. Through sports, children gain confidence, learn to set goals, and experience the joy of active play.

Social & Emotional Learning
Group storytelling, role-play, and classroom games help young children understand emotions, take turns, and work with others. These activities support communication, empathy, and self-awareness. Social and emotional learning in early years lays the foundation for resilience. It encourages children to express feelings, listen actively, and form healthy relationships in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Drama & Performing Arts
Performing on stage or in front of people can boost a child’s confidence, enhance public speaking skills, and build the ability to work as part of a team. These activities encourage imagination and empathy by allowing children to explore different roles and perspectives, helping them grow socially, emotionally, and creatively through expressive and collaborative experiences.

Language & Literacy
Language and literacy develop through storytelling, shared reading, and playful conversations. These activities expand vocabulary, improve listening skills, and build early comprehension. Engaging with books, rhymes, and writing helps children express themselves confidently. A language-rich environment fosters creativity and a love for reading, laying a strong foundation for future communication and academic success.

Knowledge & Understanding of the world (KUW)
Thematic units under Knowledge & Understanding of the World spark students’ curiosity, allowing them to explore subjects such as science, social studies, history, geography and the environment, developing a deeper understanding of the world.

Creative Arts
We celebrate creativity through various artistic forms, including coloring, drawing, origami, and painting. By engaging in these activities, students are encouraged to express themselves and develop their creative talents. These experiences also support fine motor skills, imagination, and emotional expression, allowing children to explore ideas, tell stories visually, and build confidence in their unique artistic abilities.

Mathematical Development
Through hands-on activities and problem-solving exercises, students develop strong mathematical concepts and critical thinking abilities.
